KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Keep accurate pacing spreadsheets for all clients you are the media buyer for, ensuring planners and account managers are aware of any potential underspend.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reporting with actionable insights and prepare recommendations for meeting and exceeding client goals (includes evaluation of creative performance)
  • Process invoices with the assistance of accounting and work with media vendors, account managers and accounting to resolve any questions and/or issues.
  • Accurately implement any changes to the buy that come from the media planner or account manager.
  • Ensure that all campaigns and orders meet budgets monthly and are in good standing with the accounting department.
  • Reach out to media reps to get missing media invoices for your clients in a timely manner (if not automatically sent) so accounting can keep current records of client budgets.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date knowledge of agency naming conventions for digital/paid social campaigns.
  • Back up ad operations with media trafficking with knowledge of platforms and ad trafficking procedures.
  • Help mentor media coordinators with projects when needed
  • Advise our Public Relations department of potential editorial opportunities if applicable.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with media sales representatives of local, regional and national media of interest to our customers.
  • Keep current with media kits and publications that are of interest to our client base.
  • Meet with both traditional and digital media reps to be current on offerings and pricing.
  • Track/maintain client media budgets and reconciliations throughout campaigns so you must be excellent at math, especially media math.
  • Make suggestions to improve the overall performance of the media team.
  • Prepare special projects and reports as directed by the position supervisor or executive leadership team members.
  • Will be trained to assist with other departmental and company functions on an as-needed basis.
  • Convey a professional and courteous attitude at all times toward clients, co-workers, and guests.
  • Maintain a healthy attitude toward your job, make suggestions to improve the company's overall performance, and attend weekly company and departmental meetings.
  • Uphold company reputation and brand standards.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures as stated in the Policy Manual.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have 3+ years of in-platform agency media buying experience.
  • 3+ Years Of In-Platform Management Experience:
    Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Walmart, Instacart, Google Campaign Manager, etc
  • 3+ Years Of vendor selection, buying and optimizing OTT, Video Pre-Roll, Digital Audio, Display & Native
  • Must be excellent at math, especially media math.
  • Proficiencies:

We are seeking a Digital Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and experienced in managing e-commerce ad campaigns that drive sales.

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies to maximize ROI across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Meta.
  • Optimize ad placements, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and messaging to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad content.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices for e-commerce advertising.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency while meeting revenue goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in media buying and running performance-driven ads on TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Meta.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in advertising dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Experience in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or online retail advertising is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
