- Manage several e-commerce stores' live and paid ads(including Shopee, Topkopedia, Lazada, Tiktok),optimize the stores and be responsible for the results
- Design, execute and maintain ROI-focused paid media campaigns across various social platforms
- Continually optimize and improve paid media campaigns to make the most of your allocated budget
- Manage all components of paid ad campaigns from conception to creative to execution to analysis
- Scale existing channels and find new channels to ensure each market can reach maximum potential
- Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy and landing pages to ensure optimal campaign performance

Required:
- 1+ years with direct response and day-to-day media buying experiencing
- Experience launching and scaling paid social campaigns on channels including Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. while maintaining CPA targets and operating within budget
- Strong analytical skills with competence in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Marketo, etc.
- Knowledge and prior usage of tools like Facebook Ad Manager, AdWords, Taboola, Outbrain
- Exposure to Google Adwords and/or data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau is a plus
- Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities
- Strong organizational and mathematical skills
- Experienced in delivering improvements in CPA (cost per acquisition) across digital channels and campaigns
- An analytical, data-driven, continuous improvement mindset
- Marketing, advertising majors;Beauty D2C work experience is preferred
