**JOB DUTIES**
- Conduct **market research** to understand and develop a deeper understanding of your audience and industry
- **Create a digital marketing plan** to express the extent of the knowledge and market research attained within the group, to have a clear and distinct roadmap for the digital marketing plan
- **Social marketing**: The creation of social and digital campaigns across social platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc
- **Graphics and marketing materials**: Liaise with the team in brainstorming Marketing strategies; suggesting marketing methods to increase sales and marketing results. Prepare Marketing presentations, brochures, and pitch decks
- **Graphic Design**: Has a good eye for layout and design while adhering to Brand Guidelines).
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor of Marketing are ideal but any qualification or relevant
- **4 years+ experience** will be highly regarded, or a minimum of 2 years.
- Knowledgeable using **Facebook Business Manager and various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter),**:
- Proven ability to grow social media profiles and increasing engagement
- Familiarity and knowledge of **WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce and other eCommerce platforms** is a bonus
- **Uses Adobe Creative Suite (particularly In-Design and Photoshop, Canva or other graphic design platforms.**:
- Superb attention to detail
- Highly organised and excellent people skills
- Excellent problem solving analytical skills, and sound judgment in utilizing data as a decision-making tool
