Campaign and Promo Management
- Ideation and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns and activities in coordinating with the Commercial Department
- Coordination with the graphic artist in creating key visuals needed for all promotions and has a keen eye for details and design
- Schedule all pushes and notifications to push promos
- Ensure sale campaigns are properly executed on the site and across all marketing assets: eDMs, digital online channels, affiliates, etc in line with the marketing campaign calendar
- Monitoring of all in-house and partner promos/discounts including freebies and bundles
Content and Community Management
- Ownership of the Boozy Blog Page from content creation to partnerships and initiatives
- Creation of the content calendar and execution across social channels
- Ensure that content is up to date on the latest trends and best practices in the market
- Conceptualization of new, creative and highly engaging static and video content to grow our FB, IG, and TikTok audiences
- Writing, editing and publishing content across social channels based on overall brand voice
- Community Management in coordination with CS Team
Partnerships / PR
- Overall Account Management of Affiliate Partnerships
- Identify opportunities and develop relationships with external partners
- Build the KOL, Influencer, and media database of the brand in coordination with the Manager
- Analyzing and developing potential strategic affiliate partnerships, KOLs partnerships, and press partnerships with the team
CRM
- Strategize and execute the loyalty program with the Marketing Manager
- Ensure that CRM pushes are executed according to plan: Mailer, SMS
- Research and introduce newer marketing channels and tools to connect with the target market. Perform market research with the Marketing Manager to identify new opportunities to increase loyalty
Others
- Monitors and analyzes competitors’ activities and market trends in coordination with Commercial / VM and BI
- Tracking of promotional, partnerships, blogs, and organic social media performance and delivering post-mortem reports to improve content performance

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 Years of marketing experience, with a strong focus in Campaign and Promo Management, Content and Community Management, Partnerships / PR
- Preferably with experience and/or passion in the Wines & Spirits industry
- Preferably with Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) certification
- Must be details oriented, time management and organizational skills
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup - a combination of work from home and in-office at BGC, Taguig
