The Digital Commerce Specialist will join the Digital Commerce Services - Amazon Team. This person will be responsible in managing the back office of Amazon ensuring competitive inventory sufficiency of Nestlé in the vendor's website. The specialist will closely collaborate with Business/Brand Managers, Key Supply Chain Managers, eCommerce Managers, Zone Champions, and Global Amazon Acceleration Team.
Focus will be on quality and deadlines, ensuring standards and Nestlé guidelines and eRetailer channel requirements are respected for each deliverable, aiming for high level of quality in all tasks and act as a partner of choice for the Businesses.
The specialist will be supported by Global Amazon Acceleration Team to deliver daily Center of Scale activities:
Monitor the inventory sufficiency of Nestlé products in Amazon vendor through reporting
Gather insights and analytics on the ASINs of the Business based on the Amazon Catalogue
Reconcile unavailable ASINs from the Amazon inventory through ticket resolution
Report unauthorized third-party sellers to secure lost sales of the business
Investigate Andon Cord cases reported by the Business and suggest recommendations
Run periodic report through unavailable ASINs due to insufficient physical inventory
Create report for ASINs that are live but lost the buy box
Proactive collaboration with the business to identify key opportunities to evolve the scope or identify additional activity

We're looking for a Digital E-Commerce Marketing Specialist who can combine social media creativity with e-commerce execution. Responsibilities:
Social Media Content & Management
- Create
high-energy, trend-driven content
on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest that captures the excitement of sports and fan culture. - Produce reels and short-form videos with music, trending sounds, and dynamic editing to grow engagement.
- Use social media management tools to plan, schedule, and publish content strategically.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm updates to maximize reach and relevance.

E-Commerce Strategy & Execution
- Launch and optimize online stores across TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, and Amazon.

- Collaborate with leadership to develop promotional campaigns around product launches and events.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to refine strategy and improve sales.

- Coordinate with the founding team to ensure marketing aligns with overall brand goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in
social media and digital marketing

Job Description:
We currently have available a key marketing role as the Digital Marketing - E-commerce & Social Specialist. As a small team we're looking for a digital dynamo to shape our digital presence with expertise across Shopify and driving online revenue, whilst also passionate about growing brand awareness and love along the consumer journey in the digital space. You'll be our inhouse expert in E-commerce, EDMs, SEM/SEO, social media and content working alongside internal brand marketing and design team, and digital media agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the marketing calendar and strategy across digital, E-commerce, email and social platforms working together with the Head of Marketing in achieving business and brand KPIs.
- Planning and implementing E-commerce promotional program, email marketing, partnerships, affiliate marketing, reward program, google and social media strategy that achieve online revenue targets, increase new website traffic & email database, optimise conversion, increase basket size and lifetime value and generate broad brand awareness, consideration, trial and loyalty via online channels.
- Platform management and technical proficiency and maintenance across Shopify and supporting applications and integrations.
- Continuously maintain and optimise website and all online brand touchpoints via desktop and mobile to drive consistent high quality customer experience across owned and customer platforms.
- Develop and execute SEO & SEM initiatives integrated with digital marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Develop and execute email marketing & loyalty program strategy including continuous performance analysis and optimisation.
- Manage social media channels including content planning, development, scheduling, monitoring, community management and media investment optimisation.
- Work together with relevant internal stakeholders on inventory management, dispatch, customer service and co-ordination of promotional executions for the online sales channels.
- Apply continuous website, email marketing and social performance analysis to data-based decision making and optimisation.
- Create, coordinate, implement and optimise engaging content and storytelling for all online channels, working collaboratively with in-house digital designer and digital agency.
- Co-ordinate and implement engagement programs, collaborations, partnerships & events with like-minded talent, brands, influencers, content creators and community event partners.
- Support brand team in digital brand and product campaign planning and execution. Contributing to strategic and creative brainstorms for brand & product campaigns, content, and promotional ideas.
- Support sales team Shopify+ B2B platform management and optimisation.
- Potential of supporting the implementation and growth strategy of E-commerce expansion into export markets – NZ, US & Asian market platforms. Also including local and international expansion on Amazon.
- Together with Head of Marketing, manage digital agency relationship across web development, paid social, google, SEM, and email marketing strategy.
- General and project specific support across the company brands, and broader business.
Skills & Experience needed:
- High level of organisation, time management and attention to detail.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related
- At least 4+ years' hands on experience managing and maintaining an E-commerce store.
- Proven experience developing and implementing digital brand marketing strategies – with strength in social media across Meta (Facebook & Instagram essential) and Google (SEM & SEO).
- Proven results developing and executing online sales strategies across various digital platforms that drive online traffic and sales.
- Technical proficiency in E-commerce platforms - Shopify (Essential), Shopify+.
- Proficiency in email marketing growth strategy, management and implementation – Klaviyo essential.
- Understanding of the consumer journey with application to a content and communication strategy.
- Strong written, visual & communication skills including copywriting and editing.
- An eye for high quality content and brand execution at every touchpoint.
- Strong analysis and data-driven decision-making skills across Google, Meta and Klaviyo.
