The Qualifications We Seek
- 3+ years of experience in web or digital analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced expertise with Google Tag Manager (GTM) - including custom events, variables, triggers, and debugging
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) - event modeling, conversion setup, and exploration reports

**A day in a life.**
+ **Data Visualization & Reporting:** Design and develop impactful reports and dashboards using tools like PowerBI and PowerQuery to provide real-time visibility of business performance.
+ **Data Management:** Manage large datasets, loading various data types (CSV, XML, JSON, XLSX) from multiple sources (SAP BW, SAP HANA, SharePoint, REST API) into a unified storage layer (Data Lakes).
+ **Analytics Integration:** Execute data ingestion through Azure platform resources, ensuring compliance with Nestlé standards and troubleshooting technical issues related to developed solutions.
+ **Performance Optimization:** Analyze customer interactions with websites and provide solutions based on Nestlé and industry best practices for UX/UI and content optimization.
+ **A/B Testing & Experimentation:** Generate hypotheses for A/B testing, manage experiments, and provide actionable insights based on user feedback and data analysis.
+ **Collaboration & Training:** Collaborate with the ASL team to support the creation of PowerBI/PowerApps dashboards and conduct functional training for team members and partners.
+ **Industry Trends:** Stay updated on industry trends and support the research and implementation of best practices for UX/UI and content optimization methodologies.
