**The Position**

- Foster client relationships, determine clients’ long-term and short-term needs and ensure that the agency delivers
- Work closely with the Business Director, Head of Social/Data, Creative and Technical teams
- Prepare presentations and sales pitches
- Monitor budgets, spending and revenue
- Upsell products, solutions and innovations to clients for organic growth
- Identify new clients and potential new business opportunities
- Be knowledgeable in industry trends and developments, resulting in being pro-active in offering solutions and innovations suited for clients’ needs
- Work on regional campaign for multiple markets from creation, origination to adaptation
- Retain and grow the portfolio to achieve the renewal revenue target for the year
- Review and raise initiatives to improve clients’ digital campaign performance
**Job Requirements**
- At least 5+ years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills, fluency in Cantonese an advantage
- Ability to liaise between Client and Agency
- Experience working with vendors/partners and negotiating agreements
- Must have attention to detail, and has excellent organizational and time management skills
