**What does a day in this role looks like:**
This is a high paced role where you will be empowered and rewarded to drive and create value for our key customers. In this pivotal role your key responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
+ Establishing and building key stakeholder relationships inside and outside the customers' laboratory, their wider health system, and leverage them to drive growth.
+ Providing end to end diagnostics solutions to large, complex enterprise accounts with a focus on retention, penetration and growth to generate profitable and sustainable activity that exceeds customers' expectations.
+ Leading an internal cross-functional team to execute a strategic account plan for each enterprise customer; coordinating activities across entire customer & healthcare network to maximise growth and customer outcomes.
+ Responsible for overall strategic account management planning, including uncovering a large complex organisation's long-term strategic plan and converting this to a winning solution for the customer; oversee detailed account planning and sales forecasting; negotiate contracts and all pricing resulting in long-term commitments.
+ Providing organisational leadership, commercial development of teams and individuals through coaching and mentoring.
**What makes you a successful candidate:**
+ A powerful customer communicator at senior levels, able to develop customer business cases and value propositions.
+ Proven track record in delivering revenue targets in a complex, solution selling environment, preferably with major accounts.
+ Experience in setting budgets and forecasting is essential.
+ Experience in negotiating directly with all levels of customer management including CEO, CFO, Procurement & Department Managers.
+ A successful record of operating at a senior level in a commercial organisation & strong team approach.
+ Established knowledge of healthcare, or technology or management consultation markets is preferred.
+ Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, engineering or related technical discipline is preferred while a post-graduate MBA or equivalent will be highly regarded.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and growth, aligned with business goals for revenue, market share, and profitability for the Diagnostic Systems portfolio
+ Define product and market requirements from insights gathered from customers, market trends, and competitive analysis to define product features, positioning, and value propositions.
+ Lead product lifecycle management in-country-from business case creation to launch and post-market support-ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
+ Drive cross-functional collaboration with regulatory, supply chain, sales, and commercial teams across local, regional, and global levels to ensure timely product development, launch readiness, and operational alignment.
+ Foster strong engagement with customers and key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and channel partners, to validate product strategy and support successful market adoption.
+ Provide strategic and tactical support to local marketing and sales teams, including distributors, including training, promotional tools, and performance tracking to ensure successful execution in the field.
+ Monitor product performance and evolving market dynamics by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing customer feedback, and assessing competitive and industry trends to identify opportunities for product optimization, innovation, or strategic repositioning.
**Preferred Experience and Qualifications**
+ Minimum bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Medical Technology, Microbiology or equivalent is required. Advanced degree and/or MBA preferred.
+ Minimum of 2+ years of relevant product management experience within IVD, medical device, or life sciences in product planning and product life-cycle management.
+ Experience in product launch and commercialization of life science or diagnostic products.
+ Broad technical experience consistent with the molecular diagnostic market.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
+ Strong analytical skills, ability to conduct and interpret financial analysis as it relates to the product portfolio and translate customer insights into actionable strategies.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, comfortable communicating across various levels of stakeholders.
+ Results and proactive solutions driven, with the ability to think critically to overcome potential business hurdles to complete tasks.
+ Willingness to travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally
