**Job Summary**: Responsible for developing a product or enhancing existing products in order to meet customer expectations effectively. This person will conduct research, and watch market trends to develop plans that will increase sales.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Sourcing of new products and suppliers (local and foreign)
- Coordinates with existing and new suppliers
- Conducts market research to identify potential problems or opportunities for new products
- Responsible for the overall profitability of a specific product
- Keeping detailed records of all project activities such as budgets, timelines, and task completion status
**Product Development Specialist Requirements**:
