The Business Development Officer (BDMO) is often the first point of contact a new potential client will have with a business when they are seeking information on the products, properties, and services the company provides. The BDM also responds to RFP's, and tenders, and develops properties in new territories.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related course;
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or related field;
- Great negotiation and leadership skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and research new markets as needed;
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task;
- Team player and result oriented
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty;
- Proficient in MS office and keen on details.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply, but 2-3 years of Business Development experience is a plus.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings;
- Responsible in conducting property research;
- Discover business opportunity marketing business development;
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;
- Manage existing investment projects of the company;
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones;
- Finding and developing new markets/properties and improving sales;
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients;
- Performing such duties, functions, and responsibilities as may vary from time-to-time be assigned, regulated, or directed by the immediate supervisor, senior management, or the board of directors or any member thereof.
