We deliver engineering, design, and project management services for hydrogen, biogas, solar, battery storage, EV charging, and renewable fuel projects. Our team is expanding in the Philippines, and we are looking for an experienced Design Draftsperson to join us.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for developing high-quality design documentation across all stages of the design lifecycle. This is a senior position with the opportunity to help lead and grow our Cebu drafting and design capability.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review:
- Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
- Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
- General Arrangement (GA) drawings
- 3D models of site facilities
- Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)
- Work closely with engineers to deliver accurate and efficient designs.
- Ensure design packages are completed on time and to specification.
- Mentor and support junior team members as the Cebu office expands.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Process preferred).
- At least 7 years' drafting and design experience in oil & gas, energy, or similar industries.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and related design software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in renewable energy projects a plus.
- Leadership or mentoring experience is highly regarded.

Experience:

Education:

Technical Skills:
Expert proficiency in Revit/BIM, AutoCard, structural analysis software, and MEPFS design tools, strong understanding of building codes, sustainability standards (BERDE, LEED) and construction methodologies
