**What you'll do**
- Conduct user research and create user personas
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings
- Determine the user architecture of digital products to quickly design and create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to test on real users
- Create low and high fidelity mockups to support the vision and designs above for use during design iterations and product engineering
- Communicate with product and engineering teams during the implementation process to create products that wow our end users
- Ensure the voice of the customer is present by incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design

**Who you are**
- 3+ years of professional experience working as a Graphic Designer
- Very strong and diverse portfolio across a range of functions and media
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Acrobat, others
- Experience in leading design processes, balancing user experience, business needs, and technical feasibility
- Ability to study design briefs to define needs of a project
- Familiarity with building and adhering to brand guidelines
- Ability to manage many projects at the same time, establish priorities and manage production
- A curious, flexible, can-do attitude and empathetic mindset

**PURPOSE**

Responsible for ensuring the overall quality of translated and localized content. Also responsible for identifying, analyzing, tracking and fixing quality issues in content for multilingual projects managed and delivered by the IQVIA Translation Services team.

The Associate Content Design Expert must inspect and check content in various languages to ensure it does not contain any true linguistic, cultural and design error. He/she has to track omission, inaccuracy, inconsistency and visibility errors coming from translation and localization, OCR and DTP tasks. It may entail correcting, removing, adding and formatting portions of content to make the final version fluid and meaningful for linguists and/or local customers. He/she works effectively with other members of the IQVIA Translation Services team as well as with external resources to deliver high-standard translation services. The Associate Content Design Specialist enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and is a strong team player who always remains result-oriented. The Associate Content Design Specialist works closely with the Team Lead, the Project Managers, and the Head of Operational Excellence as well as with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be a key contributor to deliver on translation and localization effectiveness commitments to clients
- Check content in one or several target languages and spot linguistic, cultural and design issues according to guidelines and source content requirements
- Analyze and eliminate all correctness and usability issues to meet quality requirements and deadlines
- Work with Project Managers to ensure that the nature and the number of quality issues are collected and incorporated in performance metrics and trend analysis
- Act as a link between Project Managers, reviewers and post-editors as necessary to solve issues quickly and effectively
- Ensure that identified issues are defined and described clearly to inform assigned Project Managers and linguists and increase their level of performance and engagement
- Work with the Team Lead and the Head of Operational Excellence to document major quality issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of QC and QA processes in the translation and localization supply chain.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Fluency in at least one target language including vocabulary, terminology, syntax, grammar, and spelling
- Fluency in English - written and spoken
- Proven experience proofreading, editing, formatting validating content in at least two languages including the mother tongue is a must
- Experience as a translator, a linguist and/or a DTP specialist is a strong asset, yet not a must
- Experience in project management is a strong asset
- Proven experience working with projects involving large amounts of content is desirable
- Knowledge of software QA, QC, DTP and/or OCR methodologies, tools, and processes is beneficial
- Experience working in international environments is beneficial
- Experience using content editing tools is beneficial
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Continued attention to detail and problem-solving actions
- Ability to work independently and proactively, as part of a team and with diverse teams.

**MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
