**What you'll do**
- Conduct user research and create user personas

- 3+ years of professional experience working as a Graphic Designer

Responsible for ensuring the overall quality of translated and localized content. Also responsible for identifying, analyzing, tracking and fixing quality issues in content for multilingual projects managed and delivered by the IQVIA Translation Services team.
The Associate Content Design Expert must inspect and check content in various languages to ensure it does not contain any true linguistic, cultural and design error. He/she has to track omission, inaccuracy, inconsistency and visibility errors coming from translation and localization, OCR and DTP tasks. - Proven experience working with projects involving large amounts of content is desirable
