Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., Django) and operating systems (Windows and Linux)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead discussions and negotiations with customers regarding project estimates, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee and monitor project progress, including financial tracking, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Supervise and manage end-to-end project deployments to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Manage project service delivery activities involving both internal teams and subcontracted resources.
• Lead project planning, cost estimation, and code review processes to maintain technical accuracy and efficiency.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to software engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative tools and techniques to enhance software development efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.

JOB QUALIFIFCATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related field is required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in software development and project management.
• Strong technical proficiency in C++, C, Java, Linux, and Unix.
• For English native speakers: JLPT Level 3 or higher is required.
• For Japanese native speakers: TOEIC score of 750 or higher is required.
• For non-English and non-Japanese native speakers: JLPT Level 1 and TOEIC score of 750 or higher are required.
• Previous experience in telecommunication and/or data communication project management is preferred.

Possession of relevant technical or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, ITIL) is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
