Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our Infrastructure Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and support of our enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and performance of our network. You will work with the latest technologies and play a key role in managing our LAN, WAN, SDWAN, and network security practices.
+ Administer and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and SDWAN environments.
+ Manage and configure advanced routing protocols including BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF.
+ Implement and manage Network Access Control technologies.
+ Configure and maintain load balancers to ensure optimal network performance.
+ Deployment and management of Cisco ACI solutions.
+ Manage and support network technologies from Cisco and Aruba.
+ Administer wireless protocols and wireless network components.
+ Implement and enforce network security best practices to protect our infrastructure.
+ Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal network functionality.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical services and projects.
+ Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures.
+ Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our network infrastructure.

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in network administration.
+ Strong knowledge of enterprise network environments, including LAN, WAN, and SDWAN.
+ Proficiency in Cisco and Aruba network technologies.
+ Expertise in Cisco ACI and SD-WAN technologies
+ Experience with network security best practices and tools.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ This is a hybrid work set up.
+ Preferred: Networking certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, ACMP, ACCP or equivalent are highly desirable.

Job Description
· Skilled in desk side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows O/S and MAC OS.
· Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Messaging, User Profile Administration including Remote Troubleshooting, Installation and Uninstallation of applications etc. is a must.
· Should have worked as a Technical Support Executive / System or Network Administrator & acquired hands-on experience in the above areas in large & complex setups.
· Knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows X (i.e. Win10, Win7)
· Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation, Windows laptop & Mac books, Desktop, MFD, Mobile & Tablets)
· Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
· Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management as well as people skills.
· Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on-time.
· MCP and ITIL certification would be desirable but not mandatory
· Knowledge and experience of ticketing tools ( ServiceNow / Remedy etc.),
Non-Technical
· Good Customer management skill,· Good in oral and written communication
· Able to interact and work with customer at different levels.
· Self- Driven and result oriented.
· Really passionate about the work
· Local language knowledge is preferred
· Fluent in Mandarin/ Korean/ Japanese ( Language Skills )
· Be good at Read & Write in English.
