Reporting and Presentation:
- Design and generate weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports
- Prepare, report, and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to management (forecast accuracy, inventory plan vs. targets).
- Conducts the Demand Planning/Forecast Review Meeting with Brand to come up with the standard Forecast on a monthly basis.
- Monitor SKU levels and recommend SKU rationalization initiatives in the future
- Monitors supply situations including replenishment and operational requirements
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.

You will lead the transformation of demand forecasting into a value-adding, insight-driven function that enables agile decision-making and long-term business growth.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- IBP Process Leadership: Own and lead the end-to-end IBP process, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, finance, and commercial teams. Facilitate monthly Integrated Business Planning cycles including Sales & Operations Execution Meetings, Assumptions Validation Meetings, Pre-Demand Reviews, and Demand Review Meetings, with clear planning horizons and decision-making frameworks.
- Forecasting Excellence: Responsible for creating baseline forecasts at SKU level and drive the development of a robust, statistically grounded, unbiased volume and value demand forecast enriched by market intelligence, trade insights, and building blocks. Ensure forecast accuracy and transparency through structured baseline cleansing and assumptions validation. Lead data readiness and planning inputs for new product launches, ensuring alignment with commercial timelines and growth objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a trusted business partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. Lead collaborative planning sessions and ensure shared accountability for forecast inputs and outcomes. Act as the point of contact for resolving data-related queries and system interface issues, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms. Ensures demand signals are shared to sites for supply continuity.
- Data & Reporting Governance: Champion the use of planning tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Excel-based planning books) to streamline reporting, enable scenario planning, and support informed decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, timeliness, and consistency across all planning outputs. Ensure timely authorization and systematic filing of all planning-related documentation to support successful internal and external audits.
- Capability Building & Change Management: Embed IBP leadership behaviors across the organization—transparency, accountability, and future-focus. Coach stakeholders on IBP principles, tools, and meeting hygiene. Lead change management efforts to sustain process adoption and maturity. Establish and standardize data capture processes, embedding best practices and SOPs across the planning function to support knowledge transfer and audit readiness.
- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs related to forecast accuracy, bias, and adherence to planning cycles. Use insights to drive continuous improvement and elevate the maturity of the IBP process.
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management / Engineering / Economics / Business Management or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Supply Chain Management with proven experience in Demand and/or Supply Planning functions and with strong understanding of IBP framework and their application in FMCG or healthcare environments
- High proficiency in MS Excel and in planning tools such as SAP APO, Power BI, or equivalent
