**QUALIFICATIONS**
1. Graduate of any 4-year course.
2. At least 1 year relevant work experience in Quality Control/Assurance or similar field preferred.
3. Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Possesses complete knowledge and understanding of the JMS system.
2. Consistently aims for zero unsolved problematic packages by ensuring that SOPs are followed.
3. Inspects and documents daily received items of shipping and delivery branch.
4. Inspect and physically documents daily delivery of items to avoid delayed transactions and to detect lost packages.
5. Registers in JMS RTS, Problematic, and Unclaimed packages.
5.1. Checks if all registered problematic packages are actually correct, (not just simply register) to avoid the daily penalty.
5.2 Together with the admin, makes reports of the above and communicate to the customer the status of their packages.
6. Checks all COD transactions if delivered.
6.1 Follows-up undelivered items from the branches concerned. Dispositions must be documented.
6.2 Monitors and inspects all return transactions and documents if items are successfully returned to the sender and if sender pays the 50% of Return-to-Sender (RTS) fee.
7. Inspects transactions to determine if branches violated J&T Express SOP.
8. Checks and investigates cases regularly.
9. Coordinates with Customer Service with regard to their concerns and provide complete and accurate information based on J&T SOP.
10. Submits recommendations to Area Manager for imposition of penalty/ies to accountable and/or responsible personnel who violated operations SOPs.
11. Monitors regional/area QC performance. Generates daily report. (cc: HR HQ)
11.1 Coordinates with all the QCs from different regions.
12. Resolves all registered pending problematic packages by coordinating directly to different branches.
13. Prepares **daily** penalty reports for all regions/branches with SOP violations.
14. Prepares daily sales volume report.
15. Checks and verify cancellation transaction requests before proceeding with the request of deletion.
16. Provides data and reports as requested by other departments especially for investigation and rewards purposes.
17. Duties may be supplemented or otherwise revised by J&T Express at its sole discretion.
