**JOB PURPOSE**
Working under the guidance of the Activation Manager you’ll contribute to the management of clients in one key area:
**1. Paid social advertising** - planning, implementation, optimisation and reporting for all paid social channels. Experience with Facebook ads and Facebook’s Ads Manager platform is required. Training is available for platforms other than Facebook (such as LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok).
**WHAT KEY RESPONSIBILITES DOES THIS ROLE HAVE?**
- ***You will be across all aspects of Paid Social advertising
- Report on campaigns once they conclude
- Manage platform-related tasks; I.E. Create audiences for targeting, pixel set-up and management, databases for Website Custom Audiences
- Strong team focus working closely with all agency teams and departments to contribute towards business objectives
- Keep abreast of new media initiatives and developments and share this knowledge with the team
- Contribute to client recommendation
- Strong team focus working alongside team members and account teams
- Develop relationships and work closely with clients on campaigns to keep them informed of results and suggested optimisations
**WHAT KEY QUALIFICATIONS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Experience in managing multiple clients and campaigns concurrently within an agency
- At least three years’ experience managing paid social advertising
- Official Facebook Blueprint and The Trade Desk Edge Academy certification will be an advantage
- Intermediate proficiency on Facebook tools (like Ads Manager, Campaign Planner)
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and strong data analysis
- Experience with Google Analytics is an advantage

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required in related field (preferably Nursing, Medical Science, Pharmacy or equivalent)
- Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employees specializing in processing cash posting in a HEALTHCARE ACCOUNT.
- Experience in Medical Billing and/or Medical Coding is an advantage
- A minimum of 45 wpm typing speed
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Word. Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as necessary

**Responsibilities**:
- Reviewing medical procedures as documented by doctors
- Translating medical procedures into codes that can be translated by payers, other medical coders, and other medical facilities
- Transmitting coded patient treatment information to payers and other recipients
- Coordinating insurance reimbursement of care providers
- Receiving patient treatment codes to use in assembling reimbursement claims
- Creating reimbursement claims and transfer to third-party payers
- Billing patients for medical services
- Complete oversight of accounts assigned
- Ensures timely, accurate entries of incoming medical claims, successful routing to the appropriate payer via clearinghouse, mailing etc
- Effectively follow-up on claims to ensure speedier turnaround of payments
- Communicate client's goals and represent the client's interests to the teams.
- Supply status, info and reports to the Account Representative so they can provide a regular two-way communication between the client and team.
