About the role:

We are seeking a technically skilled and highly accountable
Application & Database Support Officer
to support the smooth operation of our enterprise policy administration system (PAS). This role is responsible for system configuration, database performance management, and application-level troubleshooting, with a strong focus on ensuring data accuracy and operational continuity.

A key part of the role involves active coordination with external system vendors to resolve technical issues, deploy system updates, and support platform improvements. The Qualifications We Seek

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, data analytics, or a related field
• Working knowledge of Marketo (certification a plus) and Salesforce CRM
