JOB SUMMARY

The Data Security & Compliance Officer is responsible for the assessment, overseeing and implementation of any related IT security technology infrastructures, updates, newsfeed, standards and compliance across the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that any security flaws, deficiencies and gaps are managed, addressed and resolved. Increase security maturity and awareness within the group, peers, colleagues and associates
• Demonstrate ethical and creative thinking and effective decision-making to properly assess and implement root cause analysis and evaluation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/ Information Systems/ Information Technology or other similar courses
• Has at least three (3) years working experience in the related field
• Must have basic experience and foundation with these security infrastructures: Firewall, Antivirus, Email and Web security gateway, IPS/IDS and others
• Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Resourceful and can work with minimal supervision

As an IT Security L1 Analyst for Identity and Access Management, you will be responsible for the daily IAM operational activities, including managing tickets, timely Onboarding, Offboarding and Cross boarding of domains and email accounts. You will ensure that IAM service levels are closely monitored and maintained and will conduct scheduled access reviews as required. You possess strong analysis skillsets, attention to detail, and precise documentation skills, with clear communication and ability to prioritize workloads.

Responsibilities:

· Ticket management: Concise and precise updates in all ticket notes throughout the ticket lifecycle related to actions you performed, escalations if required, and the clarity sought from stakeholders regarding the task and timeline of the request.

· Emails and MS Teams messages to be added to the ticket notes to provide an audit trail of approvals and requests related to each task/action.

· Manage all user and system accounts through the account lifecycle, including provisioning, entitlement changes, deactivation, and deletion in accordance with the established service levels.

· Perform access and entitlement reviews in accordance with established process and timelines.

· Assist with Identity and Access Management related initiatives, including activity coordination, communication, and implementation.

Preferred Experience:

Primary Skills

• Serve as the principal SME for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Hardware Security Module (HSM) technologies.

Job Description:

The Threat & Vulnerability Management Team (TVM) are within the SOC function managing vulnerabilities. The Security Operations Center (SOC) are responsible for protect, detect, response, and remediation of all security alerts.

The L2 specialist will report to the TVM Team Shift Manager for all daily tasks and provide reports each week.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor Qualys Console/Pods and for health status and confirm console availability.
• Perform vulnerability scans on endpoints, workstations, network assets (internal and external).
• Perform risk analysis on all vulnerabilities and confirm the requirement for action.
• Create tickets for remediation teams and escalate where & when appropriate.
• Collate Threat Intel, log events & artifacts to update the specific ticket for each alert investigation.
• Provide clear summary and handover when/if necessary, on all escalations to Team Lead or SOC Manager.
• Provide clear investigative reports when requested for analysis of specific vulnerabilities.
• Identify trends in and risks across the enterprise.
• Refer to TVM playbooks & InfoSec procedures, standards, and policies to understand the business requirements.
• Monitor the mailbox and message platforms for internal and external escalations from stakeholders.
• Manage tickets until remediation, using the escalation path to handoff where applicable to meet the SLA.
