**Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:**

**Required qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 3+ years experience in data science or advanced analytics
+ Expertise in working with large-scale data environments, including data lakes and distributed systems. Understands data architecture, table relationships, and data lineage across platforms.
+ Proficient in tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL
+ Experience in cloud-based ML services (e.g., Azure ML, AWS SageMaker). Capable of building, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML models in production environments.
+ Expertise in ETL methodologies and tools and navigating through large datasets.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

**Preferred qualifications:**

About The Team
The data scientist team is responsible for analytics and planning of the company's critical areas. We work cross-functionally with Gaming, Marketing and Engineering teams to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. We have different concentrations as follows: gaming, user growth, community, and strategy/business. br>About The Role
As one of the founding Data Scientists on the Data Science team, you will design, implement, and own critical models, reporting, and analysis.
This role requires deep expertise in data manipulation, experimentation, causal inference, data mining, and the ability to surface insights to support high-stakes decision-making.
Requirement
1. Over 3 years of experience in internet data analysis, with independent responsibility for data work in core business modules. Experience in team management or mentoring analysts is a plus; (>3 years Junior, > 5 years senior/manager)
2. Educational background in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or other related quantitative fields, with proficiency in common quantitative analysis and data mining methods;
3. Proficient in SQL, Python, and other tools for data processing, quantitative analysis, and modeling（MUST); < r>4. Strong structured thinking, a high level of curiosity and insight, and the ability to proactively explore and build understanding in unfamiliar areas;
5. Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, capable of deep and broad engagement with business units, and driving collaboration across upstream and downstream teams.

This role will be crucial in analyzing customer data generating reports and communicating effectively with partners and project leads. **Responsibilities**
Data Cleansing or Data Cleaning To improve the quality and accuracy of raw data making it suitable for analysis and modeling
To identify and correct or remove errors inconsistencies and inaccuracies within a dataset
Handling Missing Data Addressing missing values by either removing records imputing values or using other appropriate techniques
Removing Duplicates Eliminating redundant records that can skew analysis results
Correcting Inconsistencies Standardizing data formats correcting typos and resolving conflicting data entries
Addressing Outliers Identifying and handling extreme values that may distort analysis
Data Validation Ensuring that data conforms to predefined rules and standards
Customer Scoring Data Matching
Analyze provided customer lists and match them against existing scoring models to determine Propensity to Buy P2B scores
Assign a default score of 1 to customers not found in the scoring model
Reporting Presentation
Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to share P2B scoring results with partners
Partner Communication FollowUp

Maintain regular communication cadences with project leads
