DM Support – The Role
Data Migration (DM) executes all related activities to implement payroll services for several countries and plays an important role in our projects. All steps are defined in the Global Data Migration Strategy, which is adjusted to client and project requirements, together with the client, Strada's Program and Project Management, Enterprise Architects and Engineers and the Payroll Lead.
The DM team consists of different levels; a central DM Senior Lead, also called 'Workstream Lead' is accountable for big programs, global strategy and planning, the DM Lead is responsible for the execution, the DM Support assists with big volumes, and where required a Data Scientist provides additional services.
DM Support is an entry level, supporting DM Leads on a project. Collaboration is required with the client during all stages to effectively close the DM activities successfully, meeting the KPI's and the quality threshold agreed.
The DM Lead role is expected to have 1-2 years of experience as DM Support or similar practice. A DM Lead ensures that all contractual deliverables will be designed and supplied appropriately for a country, working on this self-consistently; although, reporting to the Workstream Lead on the progress. The DM Lead is in touch and collaborates with the client team during the Data Migration stages and monitors DM Support to close all activities effectively and successfully. The DM lead role is more client facing, also expected to have the most suitable solution for a country and the client and should be able to provide the necessary guidance. The DM support assists the DM lead, checks on optimal system performance, does the system monitoring. After 1-2 years as DM Lead, small and medium-sized programs should be taken over to get to the next level.
DM Support – Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance to Strada's Payroll operational standards and allocated project implementation methodology.
- Execute several Data Migration stages (ETL/V) as required for testing as well as for deploy phase.
- Resolve small and medium complexity problems related to the functional environment of the applications, track local technology errors to ensure they will be resolved finally.
- Elaborate local DM activities and adjust Data Migration Strategy where applicable, update activities in Local DM Plan document, respect timelines, be proactive, report to DM Lead and the Workstream Lead of the program.
- Assist Workstream Lead with country implementation, support the Project Manager/Program Manager, follow the planning, report, and raise issues proactively, escalate where required.
- Share experience and suggest improvements on data modelling, templates, ensure delivery and provide information to the client on data requirements e.g., history legally needed to run payroll, etc.
- Lead and conduct DM Kick-off and Q&A sessions with the customer, communicate DM requirements with all relevant parties.
- Request Data Quality Assessment from Data Scientist team, support and liaise with client for data cleansing.
- Support test activities if required, perform the data load cycles, or instruct DM Support.
- Ensure data issues are resolved and maintained in RAID log; be proactive to ensure DM cycle will be completed successfully within time and budget.
- Manage data reconciliation and validation stage or instruct DM Support.
DM Support – Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1 year experience (preferred) in Data Migration projects involving HR data.
- Willing to work in shifts and can work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Is a team player and team leader.
- Understands Human Resources, TIME, and Payroll concepts, and of the related Data Migration processes.
- Has functional understanding of HRIS technology, such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP HCM, Peoplesoft, and Payroll (SAP PY, PT, FIORI).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel. Preferably familiar with ETL.
- Has a passport and is willing to travel for business purposes.
- High level of English is required.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and execute data migrations from legacy systems into Salesforce
- Export, clean, and standardize large datasets for import
- Identify and merge duplicate records while preserving key information
- Enrich account and contact records with missing details such as addresses and company data
- Standardize field formats (phone numbers, picklist values, number fields, etc.)
- Maintain ongoing Salesforce data hygiene for accuracy and reliability
- Use Salesforce tools, Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and SOQL to query, analyze, and update data
- Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting and ensure smooth data transitions
What We're Looking For
- Salesforce expertise: Familiarity with Salesforce data structures, objects, and relationships (Admin certification preferred)
- Data manipulation skills: Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Fuzzy Matching, deduplication, filtering, sorting)
- Technical proficiency: Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and SOQL queries
- Tool knowledge: Experience with Salesforce Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and Salesforce reporting (joined reports a plus)
- Data migration experience: Understanding of field mapping, duplicate rules, and data enrichment processes
- Bonus points: Experience using ZoomInfo to enrich Salesforce data
