• Graduate of any 4 yrs course. < r>• With 2 years related experience or 5 years in other areas of HR. < r>• With strong knowledge of Business acumen and employment laws in the Philippines. < r>• Must have leadership competency skills. (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management. ) < r>• Ability to manage change and support HR transformation initiatives using data. < r>• Familiarity with common HRIS platforms. < r>
Job Overview:
• Guides more junior members in crafting and disseminating information to prevent unclear information and confusion. < r>• Defines semi-annual plan and budget to support section, department & company initiatives and goals. < r>• Supervises and ensures that subordinates' targets are set, monitored, and evaluated timely and objectively, < r>• Summarizes and analyzes human capital data as they relate to business metrics. < r>• Supervises, maintains, reviews and enhances HRIS and connected systems. < r>• Creates and conducts training on HRIS/DMA matters based on established procedures. < r>
