Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities

  • Process loan applications using the customer-specific tool
  • Ensure all loan-related data is entered accurately and promptly in client systems, with strong attention to detail due to the financial nature of the work

Documentation & System Updates

  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of each loan transaction in the client's tools and systems
  • Ensure all communications and actions are documented immediately and correctly

Email & Coordination

  • Respond to all emails from clients and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate closely with team members, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth loan processing
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of BPO work experience
