Responsibilities
- Accurately input financial and non-financial data into accounting systems and databases
- Maintain and update customer, vendor, and transaction records
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any discrepancies
- Assist in reconciling bank statements, ledgers, and accounts
- Support the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and other accounting documents
- Ensure data confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies
- Perform basic bookkeeping functions under the guidance of the accounting team
- Organize and file physical and digital financial documents for easy retrieval
