In this role, you will focus on data management, data requirements, data definition & mapping, data onboarding and data modelling for business related background topics.
You will participate in a squad as a Business Analyst within DDT. As an expert, you deliver the necessary knowledge and skills to make standard and best products/services for our data consumers. Besides that, you continuously deepen and broaden your knowledge and skills in your area of expertise within your chapter.
You will be actively involved in the maintenance, development and realization of current & new requirements and services. As an expert, you deliver the necessary knowledge and skills to support deliveries towards stakeholders, performing reconciliation, UAT and operational requests necessary for data delivery. Besides that, you continuously deepen and broaden your Data Quality and Data modeling knowledge and skills in your area of expertise.
Your activities will be in the area of:
- Be involved in Change & Run bank's data management activities;
- Collect & write the detailed business data requirements;
- Configure business rules and building reports;
- Read and understand regulatory requirements;
- Support the Data Modelers in creating conceptual data models;
- Deliver and maintain Global Business Terms, Conceptual/Logical and Physical Data Models and additional documentation needed for shipping the product towards the Data Lakes and for clarifying the working of functionality for end consumers;
- Create and test functional and technical mappings from source to target and support the usage of data models in Company units;
- Perform data mapping and validation (SQL).

- Ability to (re)design and improve financial reporting business processes
- Banking products knowledge from accounting and or financial regulatory reporting perspective

We are looking for a Data Services Specialist to join our existing team, managing the inbound and outbound processing of data and reporting for our clients and providers. We provide a core function to the business and the clients we service, and your role is a key part of our success.
Responsibilities
You'll be processing incoming HR data from clients using our internal software and checking its accuracy on the way – we're all about getting it right first time This could be used for their Flexible Benefits Scheme, Total Reward Statements, or Pension Auto-Enrolment to name just a few services we provide for our clients.
We also export, check and send reports from our software to payroll and benefit providers to agreed SLAs. This is to ensure the right people have the right information to support the schemes.

YOU HAVE…
- Bachelor's / College Degree in any field you're passionate about
- 3+ years' experience in a data operations, data quality, or data support role (preferably in SaaS or client-facing environments).
- Exposure to data integration projects or managing workflows across systems.
- Strong proficiency of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Critical thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and Jira is a plus.
