**Role Purpose:**
-Responsible with the data monitoring, processing and validation of supplier's data focusing on stores and prescription information on a daily and weekly basis.
-Supports US local office in prescription analysis and quality testing projects before loading it into production.
**Job Description:**
-Manages delivery of timelines and quality of output and creates documentation
-Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting of analysis
-Provides feedback to the teams involved whenever there's a production issue.
-Responsible for complying with internal quality standard
-Responsible for complying with all information security policies and processes
-Performs checks as outlined in the process document
-Performs store monitoring and management, batch process management, imputation process, evaluation maintenance and overriding stores and suppliers
-Follows quality processes thoroughly - checklists, standards etc.
-Conducts quality checks across various data warehouses and tools for both Prescriber and Patient offerings. These tools may include, but not limited to, IDW, TDW, NDW, UDA, LRx, Mainframe, etc.
-Performs functions as directed by the team leader
**Job Requirements:**
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering
-Preferably with Statistical or Mathematics background and knowledge on Data Analytics
-Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills
-Strong customer focus, an attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work well with others cross functionally
-Proven ability to achieve goals on time
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills
-Proficient in the use of Microsoft office application
oIntermediate to advance Excel Skills
-Proficient in (at least) basic SQL skills
-Proficient in SAS is an advantage but not required
-Ability to work under time constraints and under minimum supervision.
-Willing to work in the night shift.

About the role: The **Payroll Governance & Compliance Data Analytics Analyst** is a key leader within the Global Payroll Governance and Compliance Team, playing a critical role in driving advanced payroll analytics and reporting initiatives across multiple regions. Reporting directly to the Manager of Payroll Governance, this individual contributor will serve as the domain expert, providing guidance and leadership to HR Operations - Payroll and cross-functional teams. The Data Analytics Analyst will take ownership of optimizing global payroll data pipelines, developing and refining payroll dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. With a strong focus on delivering actionable insights, resolving data anomalies, and enhancing reporting capabilities, this role requires advanced analytical expertise, technical leadership, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. The Analyst will play a key role in improving data-driven decision-making, driving continuous process improvements, and ensuring compliance with global payroll data standards across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Design & Enhance Dashboards: Lead the creation and continuous improvement of intuitive global payroll dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI to deliver clear, actionable insights.
+ Optimize Data Pipelines: Consolidate and refine global payroll data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency across regions and systems.
+ Resolve Data Issues: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex payroll data anomalies and issues through root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
+ Deliver Strategic Insights: Provide senior leadership with data-driven reports to support decision-making, while ensuring compliance with global privacy and regulatory standards.
+ Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and integrate additional data sources using SQL and Microsoft tools, staying current on trends in payroll analytics.
**To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:**
+ Bachelor's Degree holder
+ 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics & Reporting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
+ In-depth knowledge of Data Analysis and hands-on experience with business intelligence & data visualization tools, such as Tableau and/or PowerBI.
+ Strong proficiency in SQL and Data Warehouse management, with experience working on system integrations and multiple HR/payroll platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday) preferred.
+ Relevant certifications in data analytics (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), or similar) are preferred but not required.
+ Familiarity with HR and Payroll Concepts

**The role with us**
- As a **Data Insights & Analytics Analyst**, you are an important contributor to analysing business problems and recommending solutions which drive data decision making within our organisation.

**Key responsibilities**
- Probe, source, and manipulate large data sets to resolve issues or develop a solution to enable business decisions
- Defining business problems, assist with the development of hypothesis, undertake relevant reporting, summarise insights and make recommendations for actions.
- Investigating and analysing large workforce datasets to help resolve business problems or develop a solution to enable business decisions.
- Visualising data using PowerBI, creating dashboards that integrate data from multiple source systems to analyse, track and report on different Metrics.
- Identify stakeholder pain points, provide insights reporting and root cause analysis to support Product Owners from Workforce Strategy mission.

**About you**

To be successful in the role, you'll bring skills and experience in:

- Knowledge in business requirements gathering, data profiling, and data analysis.
- Strong background in **SQL** to extract, join, and transform data.
- ** Data visualisation **experience—work with an enterprise data visualisation platform such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding and exposure with machine learning principles.
- Grasp of the **AGILE **ways of working.
- Have a proactive mindset, self-motivated approach, and with customer/stakeholder centric mindset.

Highly desirable qualification(s):

- Relevant tertiary qualification OR equivalent experience on computer science/data science.
- Python and AZURE is a plus.
- Data modelling and ETL experience advantage.
