+ Participates in TEOA continuous improvement methodologies and lean principles in TES Global Master Data Processes at assigned plants
+ Provides first-level support to end users on SAP Material Master, BOM, and Routing-related inquiries at assigned plants
+ Supports ad-hoc cross-functional SAP-related issue investigation and resolution related to Master Data as required

**Knowledge requirement**
+ Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering methods and techniques, systemic and financial concepts related to manufacturing operations.
**Software/Systems**
+ Strong SAP background and operational experience required. MS Excel proficiency required. MS Access database management knowledge is a plus.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Robust oral and written communication skills. Strong time and organizational management abilities. Team player with the ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural groups, who can adapt to changing conditions and drive change.
**Language**
+ Fluent English Language, both written and oral skills are required. Regionally appropriate second language is a plus.
**Education:**
+ A bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or other related field is preferred.
**Experience:**
+ 3+ years' experience in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Master Data, and process development, Supply Chain or related fields at manufacturing companies. ERP Systems and Lean Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Job Description
- To prepare acknowledgement of all concerns received in the agreed turn around time (TAT)
- To coordinate internally to gather concern related documents and transmittal of CAMS
Key Accountabilities:
- Gather all documents available and necessary for concern investigation
- Coordinates and transmits concerns internally
- Ensures that all concern are encoded and updated in CRM thru CSR module
- Monitors all accounts with pending adjustment and check refund
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any 4-year course
- Preferably with 6 months to 1 year experience
- Flexible and can work with minimum supervision
- Able to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients
- Full-time position available
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
