We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, initiating, documenting, and handling product/services-related transactions over the phone, chat, and email with customers. Your primary objective will be to effectively respond to client concerns and queries with courtesy and professionalism while delivering a positive customer experience. - Empathy and ability to handle customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism
