The customer service associate (CSA) is responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers through various channels, such as phone, email, chat, or face to face interactions. They play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and building positive relationships with customers both external and internal. the CSA connects the sales team to the support group such as warehouse, logistics, production, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies
• Process customer orders, returns, exchanges efficiently and accurately. Help customers navigate the ordering process and resolve any issues or discrepancies with their orders

The Inside Sales Account Officer is a full-cycle solar consultant responsible for managing the entire customer journey—from lead generation, closing, installation, to referral—using digital tools and internal coordination.
