JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Developer to join our team. As a developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing D365 and power app solutions to meet our organization's needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and end users, to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration and integration, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Responsible for development efforts for software enhancements, extensions, defect corrections, and integration of features in D365 solutions
- Troubleshooting, modifying and testing existing applications
- Have an understanding of the D365 CRM technology stack and the peripheral technologies that can be leveraged including, but not limited to Azure, Azure SQL, Power BI, Common Data Service, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, etc.
- Work closely with developers, testers, end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
- Provide training and develop user manuals, if required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Functional/Technical:
- Proven development experience in Dynamics 365, and Power Platform apps (Power App, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration and extension development
- Experience with Dynamics 365 modules such as CRM, F&O
- Previous experience with integration codes and data migration scripts
- Experience with CRM API, REST, and SOAP-based endpoints
- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based solutions
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with Power BI, data preparation, data warehouse projects, and data gateways
