4) Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across digital, social, video, and print.
5) Expertise in developing creative strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
6) Deep understanding of design, video, digital, and social media trends and tools.
7) Excellent conceptual thinking, storytelling, and presentation skills.
8) Strong project and stakeholder management abilities.
9) Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while ensuring quality.
10) Agile, collaborative, and innovative with a passion for brand storytelling.
Job Responsibilities
Lead Creative Strategy Development
Develop and execute creative strategies that ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.
Oversee Creative Team
Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators to deliver high-quality work.
Collaborate with Teams
Work with marketing, product, and other departments to align creative strategies with business goals.
Conceptualize and Approve Concepts
Lead brainstorming sessions and approve creative concepts that align with brand values.
Maintain Brand Consistency
Ensure all creative work is consistent with brand guidelines and communicates the brand’s voice.
Manage Creative Production
Oversee the production of creative materials, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

- Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and
- digital marketing collateral.
- Spearhead and manage content strategy for both smallscale and largescale projects,

**HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME**
**STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT**
- You will lead the production of creative briefs that will set the tone for the design execution for every project.
- You will provide feedback to the outputs to ensure consistency, quality of work, relevance, and potential conversion.
- You are expected to continuously create SOPs and consolidate best practices of design work relevant to the team’s projects.
- You are expected to elevate the quality of deliverables from the team.
- You are expected to create QA systems that will help your team not only meet the needs of the clients but also to excel further from expectations.
**EXECUTION**
- You are expected to help execute actual design materials, which range from product listings, ad images, shot lists, and marketing collaterals as needed.
- You will assist and oversee the creative process from conception to execution.
- You will present design concepts to your director, executives, and clients.
**MANAGEMENT**
- You will ensure that all creative outputs resonate with the client’s brand bible, tone of voice, unique value proposition, target audience, and stylescape and turn the client’s vision into reality.
- You will assist in managing and leading all design-related projects for Amazon, Shopify, and other eCommerce platforms. Your skills are expected to ensure that the images we produce will make customers stop and say, “yep. I need this product in my life".
- You are expected to monitor the workflow of your junior/s and freelancers and help in the organization of their timelines.
- You will work closely with the team leader to ensure that we accomplish our monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- You are expected to be proactive when it comes to internal and client presentations.
**THE PERFECT CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION**
- You have 3-5 years of working experience in e-commerce, digital, and marketing creatives, with at least 2 years of experience managing other designers, helping them develop their craft;
- You have exceptional organizational skills in managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously;
- You have advanced design skills and mastery of composition, typography, and colors;
- You are someone who has exceptional conceptual ideation skills;
- You have a proven track record of creating, implementing, and optimizing your creative processes;
- You are known to work with minimum supervision with great attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy;

- You know the ins and outs of photoshop and illustrator;
- You are someone who will handle quality assurance for all designs within the team. You are finicky. You want lines straight and edges clean. Quality is a top priority;
