We are hiring a Video Production/Motion Graphics Designer and a Junior Designer (Art Director). Must have 4+ years of creative design in actual agency experience. They are knowledgeable and proficient with all design technologies (mainly Adobe After Effects for the Video Production/Motion Graphics Specialist). Financial services or health care category experience in an Australian and/or North American business audience is a plus.

**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Be responsible for producing and assisting the Marketing team with graphic design initiatives aligned with short-term and long-term marketing and sales goals.
- Understand creative theories around branding, including identity, consistency, guidelines, and more.
- Have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including proper grammar and punctuation.
- Participate in developing the aesthetics, design, layout, logos, media, product artwork, and marketing materials.

Experience and Skills Required
- Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a Senior Graphic Designer within B2B financial services addressing business customers in Australian and/or North American markets.
- Minimum 4+ years of Junior Graphic Design experience.
- High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (After Effects/Premiere Pro for the Motion Graphics Specialist).
- The ability to optimize creative assets for standard files like sell sheets, PPT decks, and such is critical.
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Web, and landing page design is a plus.
- Experienced at visually communicating data via infographics, charts, and maps.
- Ability to travel and deal with remote teams and colleagues working in different time zones.
