Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Trainer based in Pasig. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs, developing instructional materials, assessing training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions. Daily tasks include facilitating workshops, creating training agendas, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to participants. The role also involves working closely with management to align training goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Instructional design, curriculum development, and content creation skills
