Step into a vital role where care meets corporate. As a Corporate Nurse, you'll be at the frontlines of employee wellness—offering medical support, promoting workplace health, and creating a safer, more compassionate environment for everyone.

What You'll Do

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Provide immediate care: First-aid, wound dressing, basic treatments
  • Conduct initial assessments (vital signs) before physician consultations
  • Assist the Retainer Physician during physical exams
  • Maintain accurate health records and work clearance logs
  • Track clinic census and prepare regular health reports
  • Monitor and manage clinic medical supplies
  • Dispense over-the-counter medications
  • Coordinate post-Annual Check-up results
  • Guide employees on filing PhilHealth claims
  • Assist with LOA requests for out-patient services
  • Support employees during medical emergencies, including facility accompaniment when needed

Qualifications

Education:

  • BS Nursing graduate with valid license

Experience/Knowledge:

  • Familiar with clinic operations and health systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • IV insertion and phlebotomy training preferred
  • Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settings

  • Amenable to rotational shifts with graveyard schedule (5-day work week, varying rest days)
