- Maintain accurate health records and work clearance logs
- Track clinic census and prepare regular health reports
- Monitor and manage clinic medical supplies
- Dispense over-the-counter medications
- Coordinate post-Annual Check-up results
- Guide employees on filing PhilHealth claims
- Assist with LOA requests for out-patient services
- Support employees during medical emergencies, including facility accompaniment when needed
Qualifications
Education:
- BS Nursing graduate with valid license
Experience/Knowledge:
- Familiar with clinic operations and health systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- IV insertion and phlebotomy training preferred
- Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settings

- Amenable to rotational shifts with graveyard schedule (5-day work week, varying rest days)
