Evaluation and Analysis
• Conducts initial assessment on the corporate borrower and its major shareholders/directors and lay out the necessary and further clarification.
• Together with the Account Officer, conducts interview and ocular inspection with the client to determine the risk profile of the borrower and to validate the business operations.
• Checks the Loandex, NFIS, and other third-party applicable credit bureaus
• Conducts trade checking with borrowers' customers and suppliers;
• Analyzes and validates the submitted bank statements.
• Prepares financial spreadsheet based on the audited financial statements to determine the capacity of the borrower to pay.
• Prepares in-depth credit proposals after gathering all the necessary information which include but not limited to:
• o Company background
• o Financial analysis (Ratios, AFS entry movement – favorable and not favorable)
• o Summary of the trade and bank checking, field visit conducted
• o Recommendation on the loan package
• Prepares 3-year financial projection only when necessary.
• Presents the Credit Proposal to the Excom depending on the credit limit endorsed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or any other related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in Credit Evaluation and Financial Analysis of corporate loans.
• Must be analytical and keen on details and with good in oral and written communication skills.
• Has the ability to analyze information and can make recommendations to management.

As a Credit Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing and managing the creditworthiness of used car dealers applying for financing with OneLot. Your work will directly impact the quality of our loan portfolio by ensuring that credit decisions are well-informed, data-driven, and aligned with our internal policies and risk standards.
What you will do:
- Collect, review, and analyze business and financial information of used car dealers.
- Perform Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and due diligence checks in line with internal and regulatory policies.
- Conduct research to gather additional information related to a dealer's business, credit standing, and background.
- Evaluate financial data to design tailor-fit credit solutions for each applicant.
- Assess and recommend credit decisions based on the dealer's risk profile.
- Coordinate with other operational teams in activating loans and sending payment reminders to used car dealers.
- Monitor credit performance and provide insights to support strategic credit decisions.
