Responsibilities:
● Food preparation (including but not limited to sandwich making ).
● Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety standards.
● Comply with and adhere to Food Hygiene and Standards practices.
● Monitoring ingredients levels.
● Maintain a safe working environment for team members and customers.
● Perform day to day pre-opening and closing activities as per SOPs.
● To adhere to company's SOPs.

Assists the chef de cuisine, sous chef, junior sous chef, chef de partie, and lead prep cook with their daily tasks. Assists in preparing meal ingredients, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing fruits and vegetables as well as marinating meats. Assists in plating, garnishing meals, and preparing soups, salads, and sauces as instructed by the sous or junior sous chef.
Qualifications:
- At Least 6 months of experience in food and beverage preparation, commissary kitchens, and/or centralized kitchens in the restaurant/food service industry
