- STATEMENT OF DUTIES
- Reports to the Lead Cook.
- Orients himself with and carries out the house rules, policies and procedures of the club.
- Attends daily briefing to have updates on Members and Guests arrivals, VIP’s, advance food orders, and priority works for the day.
- Carries out the following routine assignments:
- Ensures that the work area is clean at all times
- Check if there are advance orders and prepare the mise-en-place
- Familiar with the Ala Carte Menu
- Knows the recipe ingredients (proper portion) and the standard methods of cooking
