Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies, practices, and initiatives that align with company goals.
- Monitor employee performance and assist in the administration of performance appraisal systems.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters with confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

- Australian experience is necessary.
- Must have mobile phone to call Philippine candidates, if required
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and collaboration tools (e.g., HRIS systems, MS Office, Slack, Zoom, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote setup.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Post-graduate studies or certifications in HR, Psychology, or Organizational Development.
