Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track daily site activities and overall project progress
- Prepare and manage project documentation (permits, RFIs, RFQs, reports, billings, minutes of meetings, etc.).
- Assist in processing Building & Occupancy Permits and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers on deliverables.

Qualifications:
