• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet both client needs and business objectives.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with project objectives, deadlines, and brand identity.

What We're Looking For

Must have:

• A degree in Design, Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related field is often preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design principles.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in a remote work setting,
• Proficiency in design software and technologies.
• A Canva expert where s/he can share tips and tricks to use Canva efficiently.
• Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Capcut is a plus.
• Familiarity with Wix (Website Builder)

About the Role

As a Design Integrator, you will play a key role in supporting fibre network design and documentation for our telecommunications projects. You'll be responsible for executing accurate design entries, addressing and boundary updates, and ensuring high-quality outputs in accordance with industry standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute accurate design entry and resolution of addressing issues in fibre design standards.
• Complete AutoCAD and DAD design entries and capture as-builts for current and upcoming sites.
• Review and update SIP community boundaries and ACMA Towers entries.
• Design fibre and BoM (Bill of Materials) networks for subdivisions, amendments, and infill works.
• Address customer data issues within DAD and Telco platforms, ensuring alignment with design standards.
• Provide correspondence and documentation updates to project managers, builders, developers, and consultants.
• Ensure all quality control processes are followed according to process maps.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system updates.
• Participate in continuous process improvement activities.

What You'll Need

• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Preferably has experience in telecommunications broadband environments with focus on project and documentation administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or equivalent field.
• Proven experience using AutoCAD and GIS/Database tools.
• Strong knowledge of fibre network design and documentation.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
