About the Role

In this Junior / Entry level role, we are looking for a Business Analyst – Helpdesk who will provide frontline support for business systems and applications, ensuring smooth daily operations. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a background in accountancy, engineering, or IT, and a keen interest in business analysis and system support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for user issues, requests, and inquiries related to business systems.

The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage.
