As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively analyze data (primarily from Workday) to uncover inefficiencies, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that influence stakeholders and guide decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to deliver measurable impact.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand and map current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Own progress tracking, analyze results, and clearly communicate outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Take ownership of identifying improvement opportunities without waiting for direction, bringing forward solutions and recommendations.
  • Facilitate root cause analyses, deliver training, and support the development of SOPs.

About the Job

The Continuous Improvement Officer plays a key role in supporting the organization's continuous improvement initiatives. PURPOSE OF ROLE

Job Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager operates in a matrix organization and is responsible for leading functional and cross functional projects and activities to drive improved process and business performance and value to support J&J improvement strategies. They lead and support both global projects aligned to global functional strategy working closely with business leads, global process leaders (GPO/GPL/GEO) as well as lead or support regional continuous improvement efforts. This role is responsible for leading complex transformational and global projects, training and coaching leaders and functional candidates on operational improvement projects, executing project plan activities and increasing the effectiveness of services driving customer experience, process excellence and efficiency. They are responsible for creating and executing project charters and plans and adhering to budget, schedule and scope requirements. Additionally, they will work across regions and sectors, to ensure that improvements are identified and implemented globally.

The position will report into the Global Services Continuous Improvement Regional Lead.
