What You'll Do As a Part-Time Marketing Communications Specialist at Sozoroad, you will be a vital part of our marketing team, responsible for crafting compelling marketing communication content that echoes our brand message across multiple platforms. You’ll focus on creating high-quality, engaging materials that promote Sozoroad's property services and resonate with our diverse audience. Additionally, you will be working on internal and external communications that enhance Sozoroad’s brand presence, build client trust, and drive business growth. Your work will directly support the company’s marketing strategies and help to drive business growth. Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences in various channels (i.e., blog articles, press releases, newsletters, and social media posts). Develop persuasive copy for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials to engage prospective clients and partners. Partner with teams across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure that internal messaging aligns with external communications and that all departments are informed of key marketing initiatives. Support internal events, such as team meetings and corporate presentations, by creating content that promotes a positive and cohesive team culture. Support internal communications by creating presentations, newsletters, and updates to keep teams informed of marketing initiatives. Ensure all content aligns with Sozoroad’s voice, brand identity, and positioning within the real estate industry. Optimize content for SEO, conduct keyword research, and monitor performance metrics to drive engagement and conversions. Coordinate multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to inform content creation and improve marketing efforts. Who You Are

We’re Hiring: Marketing / Content Coordinator (Onsite)
br>Are you highly organized, creative, and tech-savvy? We’re looking for a Creative Operations Assistant to support our marketing and content team! < r>
Responsibilities include:

Running content tests (images/videos) on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Organizing content assets (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs)
Communicating with content creators, designers, and editors
Managing timelines and deliverables
Uploading and posting content on social media (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook)
Creating basic designs and documents in Canva
Helping manage our Instagram account

Qualifications:

At least 6 months of experience in a similar or support role
Proficient in Canva, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
Excellent communication skills (Slack, email, task tools)
Experience working with creatives or contractors is a plus
Familiarity with Meta ads or creative testing is a bonus
Independent, detail-oriented, and resourceful

Full-time, office-based setup
