As a Brand/IP Analyst, you are responsible for effectively managing and protecting Primer Group's intellectual property assets, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and coordinating with internal and external partners, including regional partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Safekeep, archive and manage all elements of Primer Group's IP assets which includes but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents, credentials, execution guidelines across applications and media.
- Efficiently oversee the compilation and organization of all documents pertaining to Primer Group's IP assets.
- Oversee and coordinate with external IP legal firms and local and regional brand managers for all IP assets registrations, renewals and statutory compliance activities.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal or external creative directors and partners to ensure the delivery of a consistent and relevant brand experience and standards across channels and territories through time.
- Implement and standardize policies, protocols, contracts and processes to ensure compliance across channels and territories.
- Capture and catalog all newly acquired and/or created assets across Primer Group's IP brands.
- Actively participate and contribute in brainstorming sessions to generate and explore new ideas and concepts for enhancing Primer Group's brands.
- Assist heavily in researching and analyzing market trends, data, and emerging technologies to support innovative recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to evaluate and integrate new technologies and solutions that can drive brand evolution.
- Assist in the documentation of Brand books.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications or related fields.
- Has analytical skills to assess market trends and research data.
- Willing to work full-time on a flexible on-site schedule in Malate, Manila.

Role Overview
