Job Role:
• Oversees the tracking and management of tools, equipment, and machinery on-site. < r>• Ensures that all equipment and tools are properly maintained, serviced, and inspected regularly to ensure they are in good working condition. < r>• Reports any damages or maintenance needs and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary. < r>• Maintains records of maintenance schedules and repair history for equipment. < r>• Manages the allocation and distribution of equipment to project teams and job sites. < r>• Implements procedures to safeguard construction tools, equipment, and materials from theft or damage. < r>• Secures valuable or sensitive items at the end of each workday, ensuring they are locked or stored properly. < r>• Keeps accurate records of equipment disposals, ensuring proper documentation for auditing and compliance. < r>• Tracks the movement of materials and tools across the construction site, ensuring that all items are logged appropriately. < r>• Coordinates with project engineers, foremen, and other team members to determine equipment and material needs for upcoming phases of the project. < r>• Oversees the disposal of damaged or obsolete equipment and materials according to environmental and safety regulations. < r>• Organizes salvage and recycling programs where possible to minimize waste and reduce project costs. < r>• Assists with cost control measures by ensuring that equipment and materials are used efficiently, minimizing waste and preventing unnecessary purchases or rentals. < r>• Helps identify opportunities for reusing or repurposing materials or equipment from previous phases of the project. < r>• Works closely with the procurement team and project engineers to ensure smooth coordination of materials and asset management. < r>• Complies with all Company rules and regulations. < r>• Performs other functions that maybe assigned by the Project Engineer from time to time. < r>
Benefits:
- Salary 13,000-14,000
- with Overtime and 13th month Pay
- Premium Pay (holiday and rest day premium, if working)
- Government mandated benefits
- 8 days leave with pay per year, non-cumulative
