The
Corporate Sales and Events Supervisor
will work with the Sales and Events Manager to set annual sales goals for the company and work towards achieving them. This position is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads. By working together, you will be able to make sure that the company's goals are met each year and that profits are increased.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Delivering appropriate presentations on products and services
- Preparing reviews and reports and financial data
- Ensure the availability of the hotels and resorts
- Attending exhibitions or conferences in behalf of the compaby
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Setting sales quotas and goals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or any related courses
- With experience in handling Government and Corporate Accounts
- Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle work under pressure
- Fast-learner and great passion for Sales
- Ability to communicate technical information to all audiences
- Highly effective English communication skills both written and verbal
- Applicants must be willing to work in Salcedo Village, Makati City
