Basic Qualifications

We're seeking a
Technical Consultant
to partner with our clients in designing and implementing effective technical solutions using the Alida platform. This role will focus on understanding client requirements, leading technical discussions, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops with clients
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, creating comprehensive implementation plans
  • Guide clients through technical decision-making processes, providing expert advice on best practices and platform capabilities
  • Design and oversee the implementation of custom dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Manage small to medium-sized technical projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Serve as the technical liaison between clients and internal programming teams
  • Provide strategic recommendations for platform optimization and integration opportunities
  • Lead solution design reviews and technical planning sessions with stakeholders
  • Ensure quality assurance standards are met throughout project implementation

Required Skills And Experience

  • 5+ years of client-facing technical consulting experience
  • Strong background in SaaS platform implementation and configuration
  • Experience in leading technical workshops and requirements gathering sessions
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and system integration capabilities
  • Understanding of modern web technologies and database systems
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with enterprise clients
  • Excellence in technical problem-solving and solution design
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Experience with the following are a plus:

  • Web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)

  • Database systems (SQL, NoSQL)
  • API integration experience
  • AWS Serverless applications
  • NodeJS

Additional Details

  • This is on a flexible hybrid role on the overnight (EST) shift. The hours are intended to follow 9am-6pm Eastern Time, and the office is located at One Ayala, Ayala Avenue, Makati City
