What does a successful Technical Consultant - Lead do at Fiserv?

The Fiserv APAC Delivery Services group is responsible for the design, development and delivery of end-2-end banking solutions to clients throughout the Asia Pacific region. Candidate must have a Degree or Diploma in a relevant IT discipline and have at least 5 years experience working in a similar organisation, with a good working knowledge of banking applications. 5 to 8 years experience leading development teams working on medium-large IT delivery projects. What you will need to have

• 7+ years of experience in Java development (Java 8 or higher)
• 5+ years of experience in .Net development particularly in C# WinForms (prefer version 3.5 or higher)
• 5+ years of experience in SQL scripting (stored procedures, triggers, tables, etc.) for Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or higher
• 5+ years of CI/CD tools such as Github, SonarQube, Jenkins, InteliJ
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of API design, architecture review, and software development lifecycle

What will be great to have

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Red Hat OpenShift, and Kafka

• Maximising user adoption and return on investment for Fourth's customers; expanding user adoption of Fourth Solutions through consultation and best practice advice
• Create and maintain a library of internal and customer facing technical documentation to support best practice implementation
• Understanding Fourth's core solutions in detail, particularly the purpose and use of the data that exists in each.
• Interacting with customers and 3rd parties to scope and build new solutions.
• Designing and building reusable integration templates against Fourth's integration APIs.
• Integrations with third party vendors via one of the available integration standards, understanding the integration in conjunction with the core purchasing and inventory Fourth solution
