**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Delivery of successful initiatives in a timely manner based on project objectives and success criteria.
+ Promoting and enabling a high degree of collaboration among Business SMEs and decision makers, the Business Transformation Office, the Project Management Office, and Information Services partners to ensure successful, quick delivery.
+ Production of high-quality business requirements; including the collection, analysis, validation and documentation of business users' or stakeholder's business needs
+ Identification and escalation of key risks, issues and dependencies, as well as cost benefit tradeoffs among a variety of options to align with overall project and program objective
+ Process modeling and analysis skills include but not limited to process improvements, gap analysis between current and future state along with root cause analysis

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis (BA) or Project Management (PM), with knowledge of project management systems or leading successful projects.
+ Understanding of AML/ATF compliance, Sanctions Screening, and Transaction Monitoring.
+ A college or university degree and/or equivalent experience.

The Manager, Pharmacovigilance Compliance and Quality Oversight, is primarily responsible for the operational aspects of the Compliance Strategy and Analytics (CSA), Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR), core End of Line Quality (EOLQ) review process, investigating and documenting late ICSR, Aggregate Report and ESI/SSI submissions to Health Authorities, monitoring the timely exchange of ICSRs with Alliance Partners and, monitoring inbound ICSR performance from multiple sources. They will participate in audits and inspections as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PV Compliance and Quality activities, performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of reports, and visualizations, as necessary. **Job Summary:**
The QA Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) and regulatory compliance of the MRO business. This role ensures all maintenance and repair operations meet regulatory, product safety and QMS standards; including but not limited to FAA and EASA Part 145 requirements. The QA Manager leads internal audits, manages regulatory inspections, drives continuous improvement in the MRO QMS, and ensures that the organization's quality policies and procedures are followed consistently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS to ensure compliance with aviation authority regulations (FAA Part 145, EASA 145, etc.) and applicable industry standards (e.g., AS9110).
+ Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and customers regarding compliance, audits, inspections, product safety and product quality.
+ Lead and manage internal and external audits, including root cause analysis and effective corrective actions
+ Oversight of approval process and collaboration with suppliers / sub suppliers in terms of quality compliance.
+ Ensure quality objectives, KPIs, and metrics are established, monitored, and achieved.
+ Manage non-conformance reporting (NCR), corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement projects.
+ Oversee training of the organization on product and quality standards, regulatory requirements, and QMS procedures.
+ Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain to address quality issues and implement process improvements.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance within an MRO or aerospace environment.
+ With experience as a Responsible Manager in MRO
+ Strong knowledge of FAA and EASA part 145, and other regulatory agency requirements.
+ Experience with QMS standards such as AS9110 or AS 9100
+ Certified Lead Auditor (AS/ISO standards) preferred.
+ Proven experience managing audits and regulatory inspections.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for developing and maintaining global pricing, underwriting and claims standards, coordinating the annual new business plan process, and assessing product and underwriting initiatives across all segments of the enterprise to ensure they fall within risk appetite, and driving research activities to inform the development and review of the company risk appetite and standards.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Standards & Policies:
+ Support the development, oversight, and annual reviews of Corporate Pricing, Underwriting, and Claims standards.
+ Oversee compliance through consolidation and review of Product, Pricing, Underwriting, and Claims Self-Assessment Questionnaires across geographic segments and lines of business.
+ Management Reporting & Oversight:
+ Support the coordination of the Annual New Business Plan exercise, including developing plan guidance, review and consolidation of business unit submissions, and developing material to summarize results and key insights for senior management
+ Oversee quarterly reporting of new business results & other KPI (e.g New Business Profitability Dashboard, Over-retention, Geographic concentration of risk), including working with segment and business unit team to develop commentary
+ Prepare agenda and materials for the quarterly Product Oversight Committee forum and the quarterly Underwriting & Claims Risk Committee forum
+ Actuarial Research:
+ Support actuarial research that would inform the development of company risk appetite and standards, including mortality trends, critical illness rates, and more, across internal and external data sources.
+ Coordinate with Pricing functions and independently perform Pricing model runs to test the sensitivity and potential impact of proposals from the GPRM function.
Required Qualifications:
+ Fellowship with a recognized international Actuarial professional body with 12+ years of relevant experience.
+ Demonstrates mastery regarding technical aspects of Pricing and Product Development processes, with familiarity in underwriting or claims functions an asset.
+ Demonstrated capability to lead and develop a small to medium sized team
+ Proficiency in Moody's Axis, Risk Integrity, and IFRS17 reporting would be an asset.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively
+ Strong relationship building skills with the ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders at different levels of seniority, functions, or geographies.
