_We're looking for a_ **_AML Compliance Manager_** _to join our Integrated Compliance Services (ICS) team at MBPS. In this role, you will be involve leading a team of Business Systems Specialists of Compliance in the application implementation, business requirement gathering and data analysis, and user acceptance testing in support of solutions that conform to Manulife compliance standards. The individual should have a breadth and depth of experience that will allow her/him to devise and support solutions that integrate appropriately within the organization and its compliance application frameworks._
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Delivery of successful initiatives in a timely manner based on project objectives and success criteria.
+ Promoting and enabling a high degree of collaboration among Business SMEs and decision makers, the Business Transformation Office, the Project Management Office, and Information Services partners to ensure successful, quick delivery.
+ Production of high-quality business requirements; including the collection, analysis, validation and documentation of business users' or stakeholder's business needs
+ Identification and escalation of key risks, issues and dependencies, as well as cost benefit tradeoffs among a variety of options to align with overall project and program objective
+ Process modeling and analysis skills include but not limited to process improvements, gap analysis between current and future state along with root cause analysis
+ Accountable for effective change management within projects, in terms of ensuring that changes to business requirements are effectively managed to reduce impact to projects
+ Assisting business leads in defining short and long term needs to determine business priorities and advise on options.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis (BA) or Project Management (PM), with knowledge of project management systems or leading successful projects.
+ Understanding of AML/ATF compliance, Sanctions Screening, and Transaction Monitoring.
+ A college or university degree and/or equivalent experience.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Must be detail-oriented and willing to work hands-on with systems
+ Team-oriented and able to work in a collaborative environment
+ Complex stakeholder management
+ Able to think, exercise judgement, set priorities, assess urgency, and deliver business values

The Manager, Pharmacovigilance Compliance and Quality Oversight, is primarily responsible for the operational aspects of the Compliance Strategy and Analytics (CSA), Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR), core End of Line Quality (EOLQ) review process, investigating and documenting late ICSR, Aggregate Report and ESI/SSI submissions to Health Authorities, monitoring the timely exchange of ICSRs with Alliance Partners and, monitoring inbound ICSR performance from multiple sources. The Manager is responsible for seeing the generation, quality review, and distribution of compliance and quality metrics and trending activities. They will participate in audits and inspections as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PV Compliance and Quality activities, performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of reports, and visualizations, as necessary. They must participate in and/or lead cross-functional compliance, quality, and process improvement initiatives while providing input into corrective/preventative actions and effectiveness measures for Corrective and Preventative Action plans (CAPA), as appropriate. The manager will also be responsible for resolving complex issues related to day-to-day activities independently, determining when to escalate issues to senior management, and oversight of vendor resources performing services on behalf of CSA.
