Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Supplier Management

· Source local and international suppliers for POSM, promotional materials, booth setups, uniforms, branded items, and office supplies.

· Evaluate vendor capabilities, MOQs, print quality, material standards, and delivery timelines.

· Develop a reliable supplier network for recurring and event-specific needs.

Procurement & Purchasing

· Process purchase requests from Trade Marketing, Events, and Admin teams.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain.

· 2+ years of experience in purchasing or sourcing, preferably in trade marketing or events.

· Experience with sourcing branded merchandise, printing vendors, and event logistics is highly preferred.

Skills
