+ Responsible for programming all Engineering Design data and convert to CNC Program.
+ SME for CNC Programming
+ Handles complex problems
+ Leads complex improvement projects
+ Conversant in reading and understanding Engineering 3'D Model using 3D software, along with MasterCAM and WoodWop, or CAMplus and JOB
+ Responsible in ensuring that a completed package is supplied to manufacturing Shop floor based on latest approved design.
+ Responsible in ensuring that all programs' files are based on the latest revision.
+ Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedure in relation to programming and shop floor execution.
+ Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and other
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Graduate of Engineering/vocational/technical course or equivalent.
+ Work experience in programming from an Engineering related manufacturing.
+ Background and understanding in machine using a multi-axes machine.
+ Knowledge in other programming software.
+ Able to work on own initiative and willingness to learn, and a good team player.
+ Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year
+ Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan
+ With at least a year in his/her current position

The CNC Operator at FaithConstruct is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines used in the precise cutting, shaping, and detailing of epoxy resin and wood components. The role ensures consistent product quality aligned with FaithConstruct’s standards in custom resin furniture and construction elements. < r>
Duties and Responsibilities:
-CNC Machine Operation
Set up and operate CNC routers or milling machines for resin and wood-based materials.
Load material sheets (wood, resin panels, composites) onto the CNC bed.
Execute machining programs based on provided CAD/CAM files.
Adjust machine settings as needed for thickness, hardness, or finish requirements.
- Quality Control
Inspect finished parts for precision, smoothness, and design accuracy using measuring tools.
Sand or assist in post-processing minor imperfections before handoff to finishing.
Ensure the output matches FaithConstruct’s design and quality specifications. < r>
-Material Handling and Safety
Handle raw materials with care to avoid damage (especially fragile resin panels).
Follow safety protocols when using sharp tools, spinning bits, or epoxy materials.
Maintain cleanliness of the CNC station and dispose of scrap safely.
-Communication and Coordination
Coordinate with the design team for adjustments on machining programs or design files.
Report machine issues or material defects to supervisors immediately.
Work closely with resin pouring and finishing teams to ensure seamless workflow.
-Maintenance
Perform regular maintenance checks on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
