QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a presales or consulting role, with a strong focus on cloud technologies, solutions, and migrations.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a solid understanding of cloud architectures, migration strategies, and modernization practices.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within both development and operations teams, enabling them to design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud solutions. Proficiency in at least 1–2 programming languages (covering both frontend and backend) is required.

Position Summary:
The Manager of Cloud Solutions oversees a team of highly skilled engineers tasked with executing our professional service engagements. They focus on performance development, adherence to Pax8 values, and process improvements.

Essential Responsibilities and Percentage of Time Spent (includes, but is not limited to):

• Promotes and enforces Pax8 values. Performs regular performance reviews of the team designed to develop individual talents and career growth
• Collaborates with the PMO to ensure all projects are completed to the timeline and requirements outlined in the SOW
